Bodan the Backend only collects the data required to manage the subscription requested by each person.
Data collected
We store the email address, selected language, subscription status, and creation or update dates. The IP address is used transiently to limit abuse and is not stored in the subscriber database.
Purpose
The data is used exclusively to manage the newsletter and communicate new technical analysis. We do not sell or share the subscriber list.
Retention
The address is retained while the subscription is active. When an unsubscribe request is received, the withdrawal is recorded in Cloudflare and Kit to prevent future sends.
Providers
Cloudflare processes the infrastructure and keeps a local consent record. Kit manages confirmation, campaigns, delivery, unsubscribes, bounces, and email complaints.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the form below or the link included in every email. To request access or correction, contact the controller through the public links on the home page.
